About the Trainer

Elizabeth Beebe, LPC-SA, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with over 16 years of clinical experience supporting individuals and couples across diverse treatment settings. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Louisiana State University in Shreveport and utilizes evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support accurate assessment and effective treatment planning.

Elizabeth has extensive experience working with anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and neurodevelopmental differences, with a strong clinical focus on differential diagnosis. She is skilled in helping clinicians distinguish between overlapping presentations such as anxiety, trauma responses, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 1), particularly when symptoms such as social difficulties, avoidance, and emotional dysregulation create diagnostic complexity.

Her background includes advanced training in trauma-informed approaches, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and she brings a nuanced understanding of how developmental history, environmental factors, and nervous system patterns influence clinical presentation. Elizabeth has worked across inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings, giving her a well-rounded, real-world perspective on assessment and diagnosis.

Known for her clear, structured teaching style, Elizabeth translates complex diagnostic concepts into practical, session-ready strategies. She is passionate about equipping clinicians with tools to improve diagnostic clarity, avoid common misdiagnoses, and confidently develop treatment plans that align with each client’s unique presentation.
