Life can be difficult, and sometimes it feels like everything is changing all at once.

Change often pulls us out of our comfort zones and can leave us feeling vulnerable, anxious, and uncertain about the future. In today’s world, genuine connection can be hard to find. Life moves quickly, technology keeps us constantly connected yet somehow disconnected, and many people find themselves feeling more isolated than ever before.

Over time, loneliness, stress, anxiety, and depression can quietly begin to take hold, often signaling that we’re struggling more than we realize.

During those seasons, we all need a healthy outlet. We need a safe place where we can slow down, feel supported, and know that we don’t have to carry everything on our own. Sometimes, what we need most is simply someone who is willing to listen—someone who helps us feel seen, heard, and understood.

That is where counseling can make a difference.

I am here and willing to listen. I believe everyone deserves a place where they can feel safe, supported, and accepted. A place where you can openly share what’s on your heart and mind, explore what you’re experiencing, and begin to heal from the things that hurt.

Therapy offers an opportunity to better understand yourself, reflect on your experiences, and learn new ways to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we can work toward helping you feel better, build resilience, strengthen your confidence, and create a healthier, more fulfilling life.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to take the first step. Sometimes healing begins simply by having someone walk alongside you and remind you that you don’t have to do it alone.

about me

I have worked in the mental health field since earning my Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services in New Orleans. Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about learning, growing, and finding new ways to better support the individuals I serve. Curiosity and a genuine desire to understand people and their experiences have always been at the heart of who I am.

My journey into this field is also deeply personal. During my early college years, I experienced severe depression and understand what it feels like to struggle and reach a place of hopelessness. Through my own healing journey, I learned the importance of seeking support, developing healthy coping strategies, and recognizing that meaningful change is possible. Those experiences continue to shape my work today and are one of the reasons I feel so called to help others.

I am often described as a positive and compassionate person who values the therapeutic relationship and the trust that is built within it. I believe that healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported. There is nothing more rewarding to me than witnessing someone discover hope, experience growth, and begin to see the possibility of change in their own life.

I truly believe that even in life’s most difficult seasons, healing and transformation are possible, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
