Have you ever felt really nervous in a social situation, like talking in front of a group of people?

It’s completely normal to feel that way, and a lot of people do! Sometimes we even avoid situations that make us feel uncomfortable, but what if there was a way to help you feel less nervous?

By using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, I can help you overcome these feelings to feel more comfortable in social settings.

Are there days when you feel like getting out of bed in the morning can feel like too much work?  Do you struggle to feel motivated to do things that once came easy to you? It can seem like things will not get better, but you can take small steps towards improving your daily life and I want to help you do that.

Do you ever struggle to feel understood from your spouse? Does it feel as though all you do lately is arguing or fight with your each other? Through the use of systematic models I can help rebuild the spark in your relationship.

Communication is a powerful tool. Sometimes, when the stress from daily life and outside factors become overwhelming. It can be difficult to get the message across to your partner in life. Let me be your translator to help make the message feel more clear.

Maintaining relationships and friendships can be tough, especially if we worry about them leaving us.  But there are ways to feel better about those things by learning how to control our feelings and handle tough situations. Don’t let the fear of discomfort hold you back from living your best life. Let’s work together to create a better future for you.

about me

Since a young age, I have felt passionate about helping others. I grew a passion for psychology after taking an introduction to psychology course in high school. Early in my college education, I had a mentor/professor that was a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). She pushed me to pursue my own education in marriage and family therapy. Which led me to where I am now. I am excited to relocate back to Alexandria, my hometown, to be closer to my family roots.
