Stephanie Bradley, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Sometimes life throws you a curveball, and that’s okay. Sometimes we have sleepless nights, stress over the small things, have racing thoughts, or sadness takes over our lives.
When things happen that are beyond our control, we need a lifeline.
Does this sound like you? If so, I am here to assist with the storms of life.
Hi there! I’m Stephanie Bradley, and I’m passionate about helping people overcome their challenges and thrive in everyday life situations. I focus on helping clients of all ages deal with PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and personality disorders.
Utilizing Motivational Interviewing often inspires positive change. By using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, along with an Integrative Theoretical orientation—which means using a number of different theories and interventions—I help clients identify onset symptoms and make good decisions. Remember, good decisions bring great outcomes!
You are an individual, not a situation. My goal is to focus on the positive aspects of life’s challenges. I approach therapy with the philosophy that everyone has individual characteristics, and the dynamics of life affect each person differently. What works for one client may not work for the next. We will work collaboratively to develop, implement, and achieve your goals.
I believe in creating a warm and supportive environment where individuals feel safe to express themselves. Your session is confidential and tailored with you in mind. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and is dedicated to making a difference, I’m here for you. Let’s work together to build a brighter, sustainable future. Reach out today to get started on this journey together.
