Maybe you’ve found yourself asking…
“Why do I keep ending up in the same relationships?”
“I know I should say no, but I feel guilty every time.”
“I overthink everything.”
“I feel like I don’t matter.”
If those thoughts sound familiar, you’re not alone.
I believe many of the struggles we face as adults begin long before we recognize them. Childhood experiences, family dynamics, and painful relationships can shape the way we see ourselves, connect with others, and respond to life’s challenges. The good news is that those patterns don’t have to define your future.
I became a therapist because someone once helped me when I needed it most. That experience changed my life, and it inspired me to help others discover that healing is possible too. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged—a place where we can work together to help you better understand yourself, process difficult experiences, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and the people you love.
I especially enjoy working with adults and young adults who struggle with anxiety, relationship challenges, childhood trauma, Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), codependency, family conflict, and life transitions. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that have been keeping you stuck, strengthen your sense of self, establish healthy boundaries, and develop practical tools for managing emotions, stress, and conflict.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted from always putting others first, questioning their worth, or repeating relationship patterns that leave them feeling hurt and disconnected. My hope is that through our work together, you’ll learn to trust yourself, communicate with confidence, build relationships that feel safe and healthy, and create a life that feels more peaceful and authentic.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I have training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), allowing me to tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals.
Whether you’re healing from the past, navigating a difficult season, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

about me
I found my calling as a therapist through my own healing journey. While facing my own mental health recovery, I worked with a therapist whose compassion, insight, and unwavering support helped me integrate all aspects of myself and become a more authentic, complete person. That journey transformed my life, gave me a deeper understanding of both the challenges and possibilities of healing, and inspired me to help others in my personal and professional life.
I grew up in Monroe, Louisiana, and earned both my bachelor’s degree in psychology and my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. For the past four years, I’ve worked in mental healthcare including inpatient psychiatric and outpatient private practice settings.
Today, living authentically has given me the freedom to experience life fully by enjoying camping, spending time in nature, cooking, and simply being with the people and animals I love. Those moments keep me grounded and remind me that I’m connected to something greater than myself.
