Brittany Randt, PLMFT

Provisionally Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

My mission is to provide a safe and supportive space where individuals, families, and children can find healing and hope. Parenting and family life can be rewarding, but they also come with challenges that can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating difficult dynamics, seeking guidance in your own life, or looking for extra support for your child, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Early childhood is such a powerful time—every interaction can build skills that children carry for the rest of their lives. My passion is helping children thrive during these formative years by supporting both their growth and their parents’ confidence. Through individualized strategies that match your child’s stage of development, I help foster social, emotional, and communication skills in a playful and meaningful way.

I believe in meeting each client exactly where they are. Every person, child, and family is unique, and I approach therapy with authenticity, empathy, and respect. My goal is to create a genuine connection that allows for growth, healing, and lasting change.

Life can feel overwhelming, but with the right support, growth and resilience are possible—for you, your child, and your family.

about me

I believe that becoming a therapist often stems from one of two experiences: either you had a safe, supportive adult in your childhood and want to offer that same security to others, or you didn’t have that kind of adult and want to provide it for those who need it most. For me, becoming a therapist was about providing the kind of care, guidance, and safety that every child and family deserves, because I know what it is like to need that support.

I take an integrative approach, blending my background in Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy (CBFT) and Structural Therapy to understand family dynamics and support children in developing positive behavior patterns. A key part of my work is caregiver coaching, helping parents and guardians understand their child’s needs and how best to support them through tailored strategies that promote growth and well-being.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family and our miniature dachshund. I love getting creative with crafting and making personalized gifts for the people I care about. I also really enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes for my family to try. Since I’m new to Louisiana, I’ve been having fun exploring the state, checking out local spots, and learning more about its rich history and culture. There’s always something new to discover, and I’m enjoying every bit of it.
