Licensed Professional Counselor
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying anxiety, past hurt, or ongoing conflict, and you’re not always sure why it affects you the way it does. You may find yourself overthinking, feeling on edge, shutting down, or blaming yourself for reactions you didn’t choose. Maybe you’re doing your best to hold everything together for your family, your children, or your faith, while inside you feel exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. If any of this resonates, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.
As a wife and a mom of two, I understand the constant balancing act of responsibilities, relationships, and self-care. I bring empathy, understanding, and real-life experience into our work together, alongside evidence-based tools and strategies. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood—without judgment—so you can begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing and move toward meaningful change.
I work with children, teens, young adults, adults, and families facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, family conflict, faith-related concerns, and more. Together, we focus on understanding how your brain and body respond to stress, building practical skills to manage big emotions, and releasing shame and self-blame. When working with children and teens, I also partner closely with parents to support emotional regulation, confidence, and overall well-being.
If you’re ready to take a step toward feeling calmer, more connected, and more like yourself, I invite you to reach out. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this process.

about me
Some of my favorite things in life are my faith, being a wife, and being a mom to my two sweet children. My own experiences, and the ways therapy has been an anchor for me through life’s ups and downs, have given me a deep passion for helping others navigate their struggles.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, watching movies at home or at the theater, and enjoying good food. I also enjoy a little “piddling,” which might look like harmless window shopping, exploring new places, or occasionally going way over budget—it happens! I believe life is meant to be enjoyed, and I strive to bring that same sense of balance, warmth, and lightness into my work with clients.
