Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Life can feel overwhelming at any age. Children and teens may be struggling with school anxiety, friendships, bullying, big emotions, or feeling like they don’t fit in. Adults may be working through anxiety, boundaries, relationships, childhood trauma, or major life changes. New mothers may also find themselves experiencing postpartum depression and wondering why their “new normal” feels so much harder than expected.

Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. You or your child deserve a safe space where you can be heard, understood, and met exactly where you are.

Through my experience, quirky personality, and outgoing nature, I strive to create a space where therapy feels genuine, comfortable, and judgment-free. I believe that healing looks different for everyone, and I want to work alongside you—not tell you how you “should” feel. With children and teens, I focus on helping them feel safe expressing themselves while building confidence, healthy coping skills, and tools for navigating school, friendships, anxiety, and life’s challenges.

With mothers experiencing postpartum depression, I especially strive to help you navigate the emotional changes that come with welcoming a new family member, understand your new normal, reconnect with yourself and your baby, and rediscover yourself along the way. I also enjoy supporting parents as they work to better understand their child, strengthen communication, establish healthy boundaries, and create a more connected relationship at home.

You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Whether you or your child are working through anxiety, relationships, boundaries, school stress, childhood experiences, parenting challenges, or the transition into motherhood, I’m here to meet you where you are and help you take the next step forward.

Let’s figure it out together.

about me

I grew up in Pineville, LA, and I love calling it home.

I enjoy music and currently play six instruments, and I’m always looking to learn more. I also love traveling to new places and trying unique foods—the most interesting food I’ve tried so far is Ethiopian food. More recently, I’ve gotten into baking bread, raising chickens, and exploring a cleaner-living lifestyle.  I also weirdly love earning medals by completing 5Ks, bike races, and other challenges.

When I’m not working, I’m probably spending time with my church, friends, or family. My faith plays a big role in my life.
