Counseling intern

If you feel like you can’t slow down, you’re always on edge, you overthink everything, or you find yourself stressed about seemingly little things, you are not alone. Maybe you’re exhausted from trying to keep it all together and feel overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself and your life.

My approach is both practical and reflective. I believe that real change happens when we go beyond managing symptoms to understand the deeper patterns shaping our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll explore what’s driving your stress or anxiety, how it shows up in your body and daily life, and how to respond in healthier, more grounded ways.

I love using stories and metaphors to help clients gain insight into themselves. Sometimes seeing life from a different perspective can create meaningful shifts and open the door to lasting change. Therapy is not only about learning new strategies and techniques—it’s also about coming to know yourself more deeply.

I take a holistic approach that honors the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. This includes both “top-down” work (understanding your thoughts and beliefs) and “bottom-up” work (understanding your physical and nervous system responses).

At the core of my work is the belief that you are worthy of love, dignity, and respect—not because of what you achieve or how well you perform, but because of who you are. My hope is to help you not only understand that truth, but truly believe it.

Therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, heal, and grow. If you’re ready to move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling grounded and more fully yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
