🧩 Supervision Isn’t One-Size-Fits-All
Neurodivergent professionals are bringing creativity, insight, and diverse ways of thinking into the counseling field—but supervision practices don’t always meet their unique needs.
This 3-hour CE training is designed to help clinical supervisors develop inclusive, supportive, and effective strategies when working with supervisees who are neurodivergent. From understanding core conditions like ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Dyslexia to adapting common supervision models like CBS and Reflective Supervision, this training will provide you with the tools you need to lead with empathy, flexibility, and structure.
Why Attend This Training?
Many supervision models were not built with neurodivergent minds in mind. This training will help you bridge that gap.Whether you currently supervise neurodivergent professionals or want to prepare to do so in the future, this session will equip you with inclusive strategies, flexible approaches, and a deeper understanding of how to support every supervisee’s growth. You’ll leave with tools you can apply immediately—and a greater sense of confidence in your supervision approach.

James is passionate about building inclusive environments that empower neurodivergent individuals to thrive. His doctoral research explores how late-diagnosed ADHD in adults influences functioning, identity, and clinical outcomes—insights that directly inform his supervision approach.
