In life things don’t always turn out the way we’d hoped. We didn’t get that degree we said we were going to get, our marriage didn’t last, our loved ones passed away, and we might just feel stuck.
How do we make sense of life again? How do we achieve our goals when they seem so out of reach? How do we even get started creating a happy life for ourselves?
It starts with one baby step at a time. Sometimes we need someone to help us identify which steps are best for us.
Too many people in your life will tell you what to do. They’ll tell you not to feel a certain way, how
to live your life, WHERE to live your life, and sometimes you might feel lost wondering which voice to listen to. The answer is: your own. But you have to make sense of what you want first.
That’s why I’m here. Not to tell you what to do or how to do it, but to help you make sense of what’s best for you, to help you identify what you really need, what you really want, and what that should look like for you.
I believe that in every therapeutic relationship, the client should feel safe, where each session is free of
judgment, warm, and the client feels unapologetically open to express their deepest thoughts and feelings. Each person I work with, regardless of demographics, orientations, education, values, and life decisions, should feel a sense of genuineness and hospitality in therapy. If you find yourself struggling, I’m here to help.

about me
After I got my Bachelor’s degree in 2011, I had no idea where I wanted to go. About a year later a job fell in my lap where I was able to be a peer/support counselor and advocate for survivors of domestic abuse. Working with survivors of domestic abuse became my life’s work and passion. After working with domestic abuse for over 7 years, I felt led to expand my knowledge and training which lead me to pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Counseling is what I am called to do. And because of my skills and training I can now help a wider range of people.
I love people, but I also love animals. I have a small farm at home with goats, rabbits, chickens, two cats and a dog. When I’m not helping others, I enjoy spending my time on my farm with my family.
