InspireED Refund and Complaint Policy for Continuing Education Trainings
Refund Policy:
We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your registration for a Continuing Education (CE) training. Below are the terms of our refund policy:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund of the total registration fee.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you may transfer your registration to a future training, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event to request a transfer.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the cancellation request. To request a refund, please email us at info@beinspiredcc.com with your registration details.
Attendance and CE Credit Policy:
To receive full CE credit, participants must attend the entire duration of the training. If a participant does not attend the full training, they will receive partial CE credit based only on the time attended. No CE credit will be given for individuals who miss significant portions of the training or leave early without prior arrangement.
Complaint Policy:
We are committed to providing high-quality continuing education trainings and ensuring a positive learning experience for all participants. If you have any concerns or complaints about the training, please let us know so we can address them promptly.

- We will review your complaint: Our team will investigate your concern and respond within 5-7 business days. We aim to resolve complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Resolution options: Depending on the nature of the complaint, we may offer a partial refund, offer an alternative training session, or take corrective actions regarding the content or delivery of the training.
