Elizabeth Beebe,
LPC-S

Licensed Professional counselor supervisor

I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and practical tools for growth. I work with individuals aged 10 and up, including teens, adults, and couples, offering a supportive and personalized approach to therapy.

My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, providing a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences and move toward lasting change. I also specialize in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), a powerful approach to treating chronic pain. My own journey with chronic pain has given me deep insight into the emotional and physical toll it can take—and the freedom that’s possible with the right support.

For couples, I offer customized therapy intensives and regular couples therapy sessions that focus on rebuilding connection, improving communication, and resolving long-standing conflict. Each intensive is tailored to the unique needs of the couple, providing a focused opportunity to deepen understanding and reconnect.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, or relationship struggles, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll find the tools and insights that help you live with more purpose, peace, and connection.

about me

My journey into therapy didn’t begin in a classroom—it began in real life. It started with my own path of healing, navigating the complexities of parenting, and learning what it means to hold relationships together through difficult seasons.

Living with a chronic condition has deeply shaped my perspective. It’s given me a firsthand understanding of pain—not just physical, but emotional and relational as well. This personal experience is part of what drives my passion for Pain Reprocessing Therapy and its potential to bring meaningful relief to those living with chronic pain.

As a parent, I’ve faced the weight of uncertainty, advocated for my children’s needs, and adapted in moments that felt overwhelming. I understand what it’s like to carry big responsibilities while still trying to care for yourself. These experiences help me support other parents with empathy and insight.

I also know that relationships take work. I’ve experienced the challenges of rebuilding trust, reconnecting during hard times, and staying grounded when life feels uncertain. These lessons inform my approach to couples therapy—I believe in the power of repair, mutual growth, and showing up for each other, even when it’s hard.

Outside of work, I find restoration in the simple things—reading on my back porch, being with loved ones, and soaking in the quiet peace of nature. Whether I’m kayaking, fishing, hunting, or just enjoying the stillness, time outdoors helps me stay grounded.

These personal experiences—both the struggles and the joys—allow me to bring authenticity, compassion, and hope into the therapy space. I believe healing is possible, and I’m honored to walk alongside others on that journey.
