Job Title: Community Engagement & Impact Coordinator

Location: Be Inspired Counseling & Consulting (Alexandria, Pineville, and Natchitoches, LA)

Employment Type: Part-Time (8-10 hours/week, with potential for growth)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven individual to join our team as a Community Engagement & Impact Coordinator. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, creating content, and representing our practice in the community. The ideal candidate is a Canva pro, content creator, and event coordinator who thrives on building connections and bringing ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

*Manage and update the practice’s website using WordPress.
*Create and distribute monthly email newsletters.
*Develop and schedule engaging social media content across Meta and other platforms.
*Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance.

Community Engagement & Event Coordination:

*Organize and coordinate mental health awareness events.
*Build and maintain relationships with community partners and local organizations.
*Represent the practice at networking events and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

*Previous experience in digital marketing, community engagement, or a related field.
*Strong eye for design and a passion for bringing creative visions to life.
*Proficiency in Canva and other content creation tools.
*Familiarity with WordPress and Meta platform management is a plus.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
*Enthusiasm for mental health advocacy and community engagement.

Therapist Position for our Natchitoches, Pineville, or Alexandria Offices

Be Inspired Counseling & Consulting is hiring! We provide in-person counseling in Alexandria, Natchitoches, and Pineville, Louisiana, and offer online services throughout the state.

Who We Are: We are a team of dedicated mental health professionals committed to providing authentic, compassionate, and quality care. Our mission is to inspire hope for change by helping individuals of all ages move forward and live fully.

We want to provide innovative services that meet the needs of our community by leading the conversation about mental health so people feel comfortable getting the help they need. We are currently expanding and now seeking additional experience, licensed clinicians (LPC/LCSW/LMFT).

Currently, we are accepting cover letters and resumes for:

*Full-Time Therapist – Natchitoches, LA
*Full-Time Therapist – Pineville, LA
*Full-Time Therapist – Alexandria, LA

An LPC, LCSW, LMFT who has a current Louisiana License with at least 2 years of outpatient mental health experience preferred.

Who can:

*Maintain a weekly caseload of 25 sessions/week for full-time
*Manage your own caseload and complete clinical paperwork
*Attend monthly staff meetings and consultation groups
*Commit to evening and/or weekend hours as needed
