“We are all meant to shine” -Marianne Williamson

Saying “I need help” may be one of the most powerful phrases you can speak. It’s an act of courage—one that breaks down limits and opens the door to change. Your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are within your power to shift.

Blessings often come in unexpected forms. Strength, hope, and joy aren’t just things we find; they are choices we make. Even in the darkest moments, transformation begins with action—small, intentional steps that move your mind and life toward the future you want. It takes effort, but you can shift your perspective and build a life that aligns with your values and goals.

As a therapist, I use DBT, motivational interviewing, and change-focused therapy to support clients struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, racing thoughts, insomnia, substance use, trauma, and other challenges that may feel like obstacles to the life you want. You don’t have to navigate this alone—I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and growth.

about me

I have personally experienced the transformative power of recovery from addiction, which has given me a deep understanding of the struggles it brings, including feelings of despair, loss, and hopelessness. At the same time, I have witnessed the healing, enlightenment, and hope that recovery offers. These experiences fuel my passion for supporting others in their own journeys toward wellness.

Growing up with a father who served in the military for 26 years, I developed a unique perspective on the challenges and resilience that come with military life. This background has also shaped my appreciation for adaptability and perseverance.

Traveling widely and experiencing different cultures has further expanded my understanding of people, and I find the complexities of the brain and human behavior endlessly fascinating. I’m someone who balances introversion with extroversion, finding value both in solitude and in meaningful human connections.

In therapy, I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space, rooted in empathy and respect, where healing and growth can unfold naturally.
